Launch of the new edition of HesaMag, the European magazine on health and safety at work (OSH)
To mark the release of its 30th edition, HesaMag invites you to a debate on the deteriorating working conditions faced by teachers across Europe. From classrooms overheated by climate change to chronic vocal strain and the burden of administrative overload, this special report highlights how these issues are endangering both teachers’ health and the future of education.
This milestone edition also comes with a fresh new design—clearer, sharper, and more engaging than ever, as well as an exclusive interview with Roxana Mînzatu, Vice-President of the European Commission, and a mapping of the key OSH stakeholders at European level.
Join the debate with our guest speakers — all contributors to this special issue:
- Dominique Cau-Bareille – Lecturer in Ergonomics, Institut d’Étude du Travail, Université Lyon 2
- Jelmer Evers – European Director, European Trade Union Committee for Education (ETUCE)
- Dimitra Theodori – Head of Unit on Health and Safety and Working Conditions, ETUI & Editor of HesaMag
Let’s reflect together on how to better support those who educate future generations.
The debate will be moderated by Alain Bloëdt, the new Managing Editor of HesaMag.
The event is in-person only and will be in English and French. Interpretation will be provided.
Drinks and refreshments will be served.
