What are the rules for using shared kitchens?

Floor kitchens are common areas and can be real meeting places with other occupants.
To make the most of them, it is essential to follow certain rules of conviviality. You can organize informal meetings there while keeping in mind that it is not a real meeting room:

  • Respect the work of people working in neighboring offices.
  • Avoid noise outside lunch hours (we avoid having a brainstorming session).
  • Avoid having meetings during the lunch break. Let’s keep the space for its primary function: a corner to eat quietly.
  • Return glasses, cutlery, cups, etc. to the kitchen from which you borrowed them. These are provided by the occupants of the floor and it is always nicer to have a fork available when your dish comes out of the microwave 🙂
  • It is forbidden to use any heating appliance.
