Future Advocacy is hosting an exciting training on AI for full-spectrum advocacy and campaigning in Brussels on the 16th of May.
This full-day, in-person training is designed to equip activists and campaigners with the skills and confidence to use cutting-edge AI tools to create social change.
You can sign up here. Please also feel free to share this invitation with colleagues who might be interested.
The training will equip participants to navigate the latest developments in AI to:
- Create winning advocacy strategies
- Conduct high-quality research and policy development
- Develop and tailor your messaging to different audiences
- Create powerful, low-cost communications assets, including briefings, videos, and images
- Sharpen up your campaign monitoring and evaluation
We will also cover the ethics of using AI tools and how to minimise risks and biases.
Our training focuses on sharing practical knowledge and hands-on skills with tailored examples of advocacy in the EU. Participants will have the chance to explore the tools in a guided session with the facilitators and network with fellow campaigners.
Over the past nine years, Future Advocacy has been developing cutting edge AI and advocacy research and content. We supported the Centre for Democracy and Technology’s EU Office in their policy work around the proposed EU Artificial Intelligence Act, and have produced highly acclaimed research for the UK National Health Service (NHS), the Wellcome Trust, and the World Wide Web Foundation. In 2019, we broke the internet with our creative deep fakes of 2 candidates for Prime Minister to warn of the dangers of misinformation during elections. We now want to share our AI expertise with others driving positive change in the world.
