European Platform for Rehabilitation (EPR)
The EPR Public Affairs 2025 event will focus on services supporting Independent Living of persons with disabilities, a key topic for the successful implementation of the UN Convention for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and the European Strategy for the Rights of persons with Disabilities.
Together we will delve into how services for persons with disabilities can contribute to empowering and enabling them to lead a self-determined life in the community on an equal basis, with access to means, services and options for places and ways of living, working and participating. It will be an opportunity to:
- Explore and discuss the key findings of the EPR study on services supporting Independent Living of persons with disabilities that will be presented at the event;
- Listen to experts from EPR’s membership present good practices;
- Discuss related successes factors and challenges;
- Exchange and develop policy recommendations with partners and EU policy makers.
During the event, we will also celebrate and announce the winner of the EPR Prize Award 2025, presented to the good practice on the study’s theme that collected the most votes from EPR members!
