How do I receive mail or packages?

Every day, your centre coordinator plays the role of postman and delivers the mail as soon as it arrives, usually around 10-11am. Your mail will be deposited in the mailbox assigned to you (always better than your neighbour’s).

As for parcels, they are received at reception during opening hours. You will receive an email to inform you of their arrival, and you can collect them at reception at your convenience.

Remember to inform your delivery person of the reception’s opening hours!

And for registered letters, remember to make a power of attorney at the Post Office. This way, the person at reception can sign for you. For more details, take a look here
