Meeting rooms: How to book in another center?

Want a change of scenery? Need to meet visitors somewhere other than your favorite center? Good news! You can book rooms in other centers directly via your Zapfloor app.

However, be sure to check the reception opening hours before coming. Each center has its own way of operating at Mundo, but don’t panic, we are here to support you every step of the way! If your meeting takes place outside opening hours: the center coordinator will send you all the information you need to access your room. With us, nothing is left to chance!

For paying rooms, complete the reservation form in the “”Meeting rooms – How to book a paying room?”” section.
