Frequently Asked Questions
Mundo is a values-driven company. As such, it reserves the right to refuse any booking request from organisations or companies whose activities do not align with its values.
For example, public political or religious meetings are not permitted in Mundo centres. Likewise, private parties or events cannot be held in our spaces. This list is not exhaustive.
For online bookings, Mundo reserves the right to cancel an already confirmed reservation within five working days if it believes the planned activity does not respect its principles.
In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded to the renter.
It is possible to book and pay for your meeting room directly online.
(Conference rooms, however, can only be booked via a specific booking form.)
To book a meeting room:
- From the Meeting Rooms page, select the one that meets your needs.
- On the page for the chosen room, click on “Book.”
- A booking window will open:
- Select your location, meaning the desired Mundo centre (Mundo Trône, Mundo Matonge, or Mundo Madou in Brussels).
- Enter the number of participants.
- Choose the date, start time, and end time of your booking.
- From the available rooms, select the one that suits you.
Note: If the initially chosen room is no longer available, the system may offer an equivalent alternative. - Fill in the payment details and proceed with the payment.
You will automatically receive the corresponding invoice by email.
Important: Outside the opening hours of the reception of the selected centre, the presence of a reception manager is mandatory.
We work with students to provide this additional service, which is both mandatory and subject to a fee, at least at the opening of the centre. This service will automatically be added to the final invoice at the applicable rate.

Conference rooms are the large rooms available in each Mundo centre. Below is the list of rooms by centre :
- Conférence (Mundo Matongé) – 40 to 70 people
- Lumumba (Mundo Trône) – 36 to 45 people
- Artemisia (Mundo Madou) – 50 to 90 people
- Clipper (Mundo Louvain-la-Neuve) – 30 to 45 people
- Okavango (Mundo Namur) – 45 to 80 people
- Lariks (Mundo Antwerp) – 5 to 25 people
These rooms can only be booked via a booking form.
Conference rooms can be booked for half-day or full-day slots and are accessible during the following times:
- 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
- 1:30 pm – 5:00 pm
- 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- 6:00 pm – 10:30 pm
Conference rooms are only accessible to participants and organisers during these time slots.
We recommend scheduling your meeting to start 30 minutes after your booking time to allow for setup and familiarisation.
Our staff is available for any technical or logistical assistance.
To book a conference room:

- The reception of the selected centre will quickly get back to you to confirm and finalise the booking.

Conference rooms have modular tables, allowing great flexibility in arrangement, set according to your preferences when booking.
Each room includes high-speed internet access, available via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable.

Except in Mundo Antwerp*, each centre has a restaurant space where you can eat on-site or take away during lunch.
Groups (max. 15 people) can, subject to availability, reserve a table in our restaurants.
The restaurant space remains accessible throughout the day to visitors, even with their own packed lunch.
A catering service is also available for your meetings and events, served directly in your booked room.

Our restaurateurs have been carefully selected to reflect Mundo’s values and philosophy, as well as those of its occupants. They operate sustainably and offer local, seasonal products, grown with respect for the environment and producers, while aiming to minimise food waste.

Mundo centres are located in city centres, and all our meeting rooms are accessible by public transport.
Each centre has a bicycle parking area at the building entrance.

You will automatically receive the corresponding invoice by email.
For conference rooms:
The invoice will be issued no later than the beginning of the month of the meeting. Full payment must be made in one instalment within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
During opening hours, the centre’s reception staff will welcome and direct your guests to the reserved room.
Outside reception opening hours, a reception manager is mandatory.
We work with students to provide this additional service, which is both paid and mandatory, at least at the opening of the centre.
This service will automatically be added to the final invoice at the applicable rate.
