Mission

Mundo-Lab offers sustainable, accessible and shared real estate facilities and services to non-profit organisations and social sector businesses.

Eco-designed and eco-managed offices

Social and environmental responsibility is a key concept at the Mundo centres. Mundo-Lab acquires properties and land with a view to converting them into environmentally friendly office centres.

Mundo’s buildings are renovated or built using a sustainable and circular approach that aims to reduce their environmental impact. This vision is achieved in various ways:

  • through a careful choice of materials, with an emphasis on natural, local or quality-labelled materials and materials that have been recycled;
  • by optimising energy efficiency;
  • through careful water management;
  • by minimising waste;
  • by encouraging biodiversity in outdoor spaces;
  • and by encouraging sustainable mobility.

In addition, Mundo-Lab carefully selects its partners and subcontractors, favouring projects for social reintegration through employment and organisations promoting the social economy.

By and for changemakers

Mundo-Lab aims to strengthen the social change sector by supporting organisations and individuals who make a significant contribution to sustainable development and the creation of a fairer, more equitable society.
