The reception service

Mundo Namur reception is open from Monday to Friday, 8am to 2pm.

You will be greeted by a centre coordinator (or by a student if you are absent).
He or she will be your first point of contact for all your questions, and will be able to direct you to the right department if necessary.

Here is an overview (not exhaustive!) of the services available at reception:

• Reception of visitors;
• Mail distribution;
• Sending mail (see the ‘Mail and parcels’ article for more information on procedures);
• Badge and key management;
• Booking and managing meeting rooms;
• Management of loan equipment (microphones, projectors, etc.);
• Technical support for your meetings;
• Incident management;
• Consumables stock management;
• And so much more!
