Dear Members,

We are preparing our summer party together, which will take place on 4 June!
It will be a festive day to celebrate, meet, dance, and rejoice in the renewal of our centre.
From 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., the party will begin among Matongé members, with early after-work drinks and games.
From 6 p.m. onwards, the party will be open to everyone (collaborators, partners, families, friends, etc.) with live music, various activities and lots of delicious things to eat.

Here are the ideas under discussion:

Ideas for the afternoon

• A team game (mixed teams made up of members from different associations)
  • Treasure hunt/escape game/bingo/quiz/games that allow the team to discover the association’s mission.
  • When a team has passed the test or answered the question(s), it receives a clue to lead it to another place/organisation. Depending on its success, it wins points, and the winning team wins drink vouchers or something else?
  • Cooking challenge at Refresh
  • Challenges in the garden by Natagora

• Volunteers to take photos during the afternoon?
• Volunteers to run the bar?
• Volunteers to help with the decorations?

 

Ideas for the evening/party

• Raffle: the associations could offer prizes, go and check what you have in your storage 😉
• Make-up and glitter stand, any volunteers? Equipment could be provided by Mundo
• Karaoke with a host and a songbook
• Jam session
• Candyfloss
• Team musical bingo
• Photo booth
• Group twerk class
• Chilling space
• Artists/singers or others who are part of a musical group that will be present?
• We have already received proposals from CEO, the Alpacas Collective, the Veloblaster sound system, etc.
• Darts
• Kicker competition
• Organisational stands: would your organisation like to have a stand during the party and at the start of the evening? It is possible to reserve a room if your team would prefer to set up its ‘stand’ in a room rather than in your office.

Meals

• Proposal that the evening meal be partly made up of dishes prepared by anyone who wishes to contribute, in a potluck style.
