We are making good progress! We are excited to announce the current updates:

 

• The new meeting rooms are available: Seeds, Silva, Volcano & Waterfall are ready for you. They are all equipped with a screen. You can book them via zapfloor.

Signs are put in place to guide you, but don’t hesitate to come ask at reception.

Last touches in the area are still being done. The chill zone, shower and toilets still need some finishing. Please continue to use the ones on another floor for the moment.

 

• The Kitchen on -1,  the next to the new meeting rooms, is now ready to use. So are the amphitheater style stairs. You can enjoy this open space without worrying about reservations.

 

• A brand new coffee machine filled with delicious fairtrade Oxfam Coffee has been installed. You can purchase tokens at reception. Try it out!

 

• The new badge system is up and running. Access to the building is now possible only with the new badges. Gradually the meetingsrooms as well as the access to the elevators will also be secured with badge access for more safety in the building. We will keep you informed.
  • If you haven’t done so yet, please come exchange your old badge for a new one at reception.

 

• The new  Coworking Space with more desks is open.

This new space is located on the Ground floor, with big windows and lots of light. To get there, please use the passageway leading from the restaurant area (Refresh) to the Natagora Offices and Garden, and as of now also to the Coworking.

 

• The passageway between Refresh and the Natagora garden is reopened! We are working on making it comfortable for small breaks in the light of the new windows.

 

Ongoing:

 

• The renovation of the reception area has started. A new desk will be installed and the remaining wooden and glass walls will be removed to male it  more open and welcoming.

The works in that space should take approximately 3 weeks. During this period, you will find the reception and your mail downstairs, on level -1, towards the Terra and Ocean rooms.

 

Next Steps:

 

• The renovations of the floor kitchens will begin, starting with the 5^th floor, once the reception area is finished,

The organisations of each floor will be notified one week before the works on their floor begin.

 

To allow you to plan around the works, here is what you need to know:

1. The works should last around 3 weeks per floor.
2. The first week will be noisy. If you can, try to prioritize homeworking during that week.
3. The next two weeks you will be able to work normally, you just won’t have access to a comfortable kitchen.

 

We are getting closer to the end, hang in there with us a little while longer!

And don’t forget about our Inauguration Party on the 4^th of June to celebrate the end of the works and our beautiful new Center!
